Our client is looking for a customer service executive to join their team. The position is to provide exceptional customer service to all customers, encompassing a good understanding of their needs, processing their requirements with speed and accuracy and be sympathetic to their problems whilst offering them proactive solutions.

* Customer relationship management
* Offer alternative products for out of stock items
* Promote new products
* Be able to give technical information on products confidently over the telephone
* Have detailed knowledge of the customer's requirement
* Have empathy for a customer's problem
* Be able to communicate concisely and effectively, both written and over the telephone
* Have a "thick skin" so that complaints can be handled professionally and aim to resolve the situation amicably
* Be able to suggest improvements in processes and procedures

You will need to have experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Due to the responsibilities of the job it is important to have a positive and friendly outlook and want to be part of a team. Full training will be offered, to be suitable for this position you will need to be a graduate or have 1-2 years experience in a similar role. This is a full time permanent job and the salary is £17k-£18k dependant on experience with a £2k bonus. Please send over your CV or contact me for more details
