A driven, friendly Customer Service Advisor is required to join an innovative business that is fast expanding in it's industry. Operating across the UK, the company aims to offer a cost effective and quality product to it's clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fun, vibrant team within a business that has ambitions to continue expanding.

As a Customer Service Advisor your role will be split between handling inbound emails, phone calls and website enquiries. You will be the first point of call when it comes to dealing with customer queries or issues, therefore excellent communication skills are a must. This role has potential for you to grow and progress into a more senior position.

Hours/shift: - The successful is required to be available between the hours of 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor:
Dealing with inbound emails, phone calls & website enquiries.

Handling all customer queries or issues

Ability to write professional emails and quotations

Striving to improve the overall customer journey through delivering excellent customer service

Essential Skills:
Previous customer service experience, including experience dealing with customer queries via telephone

The ability to handle complaints and technical issues

A friendly, energetic personality

Strong communication skills

Experience within a call centre environment is highly desirable
