My client are a dynamic and customer focused team of sports lovers shaping the future of Decathlon's customer services. They are currently recruiting a new team member ready to help us become the most Omni channel customer centric team.

Overview of the role
This role is not only to do front-office and communicating with customers but also to be in charge of the online orders ensuring the whole process runs smoothly. This is from the initial order that the customer places on the website until they receive their order and are happy with their purchase.

Your day to day duties would include:
* Dealing with customer online payments, fraud and returns
* Liaising with delivery companies plus all communication channels including social media.

* You are customer focussed and have a 6th sense of service
* You have excellent communication skills in written and verbal English
* You have a great interest in digital communications and logistics
* You are an active sports person and love sharing your passion
