A successful procurement company based in Camberley, our client are looking for a dynamic individual to join their team.

Job Description

Ensuring efficient delivery of client helpdesk support, system administration and proactive assistance to all clients and suppliers.
Duties include:
• Provide a “first point of contact” for all customer phone and email queries
• Helpdesk tickets need to hold as much information about the call to ensure that other CS members can pick up the query if necessary and understand what the query relates to
• Ensure no client “open” helpdesk tickets count exceeds the count of 15
• Work closely with field based client managers to administer procurement and system implementation projects
• Escalate or forward issues to specialist technical or procurement functions, setting priority and required resolution times
• Keep customer and system support services manager or systems operations manager updated of any serious issues relating to system, client or supplier
• Ensure all helpdesk tickets adhere to timeline, chase for resolution and escalate where necessary
• Answer and log all calls in a timely manner, estimate resolution time, chase resolution, keep customer informed at all times and inform of final resolution
• Each client must be informed on a daily basis of progress where their ticket remains outstanding
• Ensure all calls are captured on Helpdesk in real time, no manual/paper records to be held
Person / Experience Required
• Attention to detail
• Call centre / reception/ customer service experience
• Deal with in/out bound calls
• Great telephone manner
• Data Entry
