Telesales Account Manager
Basic £22-25K (potential OTE up to £29-35K with bonus)

This company is the industry leader of imported private and exclusive tyre brands, including Davanti, Evergreen and Landsail. Established in 1980, the company has grown rapidly over recent years, and now employs over 270 people. In the past 2 years alone, the company has opened two new major distribution hubs as part of its ambitious and on-going expansion strategy.

They are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Telesales Account Manager to assist and manage their ever expanding customer portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking day to day sales enquiries and orders on the phone, whilst managing their own portfolio of customer's specific needs, all designed to give the best service to their customers starting at the point of order. They will ideally have a passion for the automotive sector, and demonstrate drive and determination to achieve goals and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Taking up to 200 inbound calls per day.
- Making a small amount of outbound calls to follow up customer queries promptly.
- Process sales orders on to the order system to ensure they are booked out efficiently for the customer.
- Manage existing key accounts effectively, involving outbound calls daily.
- Develop strong relations with field sales in order to ensure customer matters are dealt with and followed up consistently.
- Provide a highly professional level of service to all customers consistently.
- Refer customer support matters professionally and promptly to the customer support department.
- Achieve sales targets set by the Company Sales Director.
- Cross-selling and upselling on incoming calls.

Reporting to the Company Sales Director, the successful candidate must be a highly driven individual looking to always achieve targets set, earn commissions and provide the best level of service for their customer base. They must also possess:
- The ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
- Good IT skills
- Previous account management experience.

*Working hours would be 8:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday and 8:45 - 13:00 on alternate Saturdays.
