JOB TITLE: Practice Nurse Practitioner 

SALARY & BENEFITS: Band 7 to 8A (£35,000 - £44,000 per annum) + 6 weeks annual holidays plus English bank holidays, paid professional subscriptions and medical defence cover.

WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hrs per week

THE COMPANY: Our client, a 10,000 patient medical centre based in Northampton aims to provide their patients with the best possible personal care. They provide a wide range of services acute, the management of chronic illnesses and health checks to their patients. They are seeking a Practice Nurse Practitioner to join their excellent Nursing Team.

THE ROLE: The role of the Practice Nurse Practitioner is a demanding and varied job and will include home visits, chronic disease management, minor illness, and treatments.

Key Responsibilities for the Practice Nurse Practitioner role to include:-

• Management of patient health and illness
• Maintain professional development and clinical excellence
• Reduce admissions
• Managing a team of 6 

THE CANDIDATE: For the role of Practice Nurse Practitioner in Northampton you will be a qualified nurse with a current NMC registration (PIN). You will be friendly, kind, honest, reassuring and an effective communicator and team player. You share the company's goal of delivering excellent care to the patients. 

Key experience essential for the role of Practice Nurse Practitioner:-

• Current NMC registration
• A qualified Nurse
• Ideally have expertise in chronic disease management, diabetes, asthma and COPD.
