WORKING HOURS: Full time – Monday to Friday – 09:00 to 17.00

THE COMPANY: Our award winning client is a UK leading Wholesale Group based in Milton Keynes. We are now looking recruit a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.

THE ROLE: As the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director you will responsible for arranging meetings, diary management, taking minutes, Power-point presentations, and preparing staff contracts. You will also be involved heavily involved in the arrangement of our annual overseas conference and two UK annual events.

THE CANDIDATE: If you are to be the successful candidate we are looking for, you will hold previous experience in a Personal Assistant position dealing with senior figures. You will be required to hold strong attention to detail whilst having excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written, and the ideal candidate will be confidence in all aspects related to the role, including computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft applications.

Key experience essential for the role:
  • Experience of working in a Personal Assistant role previously is essential
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are essential
  • To be flexible in your approach to work
  • To hold a Typing qualification would be desirable
  • Competency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential
  • Able to commute to Milton Keynes
