- providing clients with HR admin support as required
- researching areas of employment law;
- working through the core training modules;
- presenting research to demonstrate understanding;
- drafting letters to clients;
- participating in group discussions on possible solutions of problems;
- shadowing consultants on visits;
- drafting written confirmation of advice;
- providing assistance with a variety of projects;
- helping to write blogs, newsletters and articles;
- attending network meetings;
- support growth and development of the business;
- any other reasonable management request.
