Strategic Account Manager - Home based around London/Luton/Milton Keyn
WBRS are currently seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of corporate accounts for a prestigious membership organisation. Fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a meaningful, consultant style relationship based role that is not office based.
This is a strategic and consultative role focused on driving deep engagement and stakeholder relationships at senior level down. The organisation offers their clients a range of member services which includes best practice, training, benchmarking and research. The role of the Strategic Account Manager is to build value to the client and act as a trusted advisor ensuring maximum uptake and renewals throughout the term of the membership.
This is essentially a customer success role and an account management role in one. This is far removed from a transactional sell and is delivering a service based on the precise needs of the client.
You MUST have at least 3 years experience in a client facing Account Management role, understand how large businesses focus on strategy and customer journeys, be highly articulate/literate with the ability to converse with C-Level execs and hold your own in strategic conversations.
This is a home/field based role and although all travel costs will be covered, you must be able to drive and provide your own car.
