Reporting to: Digital Acquisition Manager

Location: Slough

Responsible for all current paid media acquisition and performance digital marketing, for building acquisition channels from a low to material scale, and for supporting other digital marketing campaigns.

Supervising: One Digital Marketing Executive

- Manage relevant budgets, spend and forecasting to exceed business targets and maximise ROI

Knowledge and skills

  • Extensive knowledge of paid media performance media, with 1 -2 years' hands on experience in a high volume B2C or digital agency environment
  • Significant PPC (AdWords/Facebook) experience (gained working for a media agency, technology vendor or publisher)
  • Management of online traffic and conversion plans.
  • Proven history of successful delivery of large, complex DR focused PPC campaigns
  • Use of competitor monitoring and Business Intelligence tools
  • Retargeting/remarketing experience
  • Experience in reporting, tracking and analytics including but not limited to GA/AdWords/DCM.
  • Deep understanding of tagging and tag management
  • Detailed experience of digital creative development and production, of data analysis and customer targeting, of test and learn strategies, and of campaign execution
  • Analytical, numerate and commercially-minded
  • Extensive experience managing budgets, suppliers and agencies
  • A mature attitude with the ability to engage throughout the organization from Director to Exec level
  • Experience of working with affiliates and aggregators a benefit
  • Experience of direct response media channels and work with attribution a benefit
  • Experience in financial services industry a benefit


  • Core responsibility is to develop, optimise and execute digital media plans to deliver forecast leads and conversions within agreed budgets.
  • Review Ad copy and optimise test and learn digital media programmes.
  • Manage execution of all campaigns ensuring attention to detail and avoiding any errors
  • Support other marketing channels as requested
  • Work with wider marketing team to ensure co-ordination of campaigns and optimise digital halo response
  • Manage all agencies and partners
