Territory Manager - theatre and critical care equipment
This is an engaging and lucrative opportunity for a Territory Manager experienced in selling into theatre and critical care contacts, covering hospitals across London and the south east. Seeking experience in capital equipment and device sales, the role offers an exciting new challenge for a sales person with an interest in theatre equipment, operating tables and associated equipment for Critical Care Areas.
In this role, you will cover London and the southern Home Counties, driving new business as well as account management to hit annual targets for the territory. In conjunction with the National Manager, you will develop a business plan for the territory, utilise sales leads and projects, develop and maintain key relationships to achieve sales results (incorporating Surgeons, Theatre Managers, clinical staff, Critical Care Managers, Procurement, EBME and Capital Project Managers).
The post holder will have the freedom to develop the territory via best use of their pre-existing contacts and best approach to achieving success. A competitive salary is available along with uncapped commission, car allowance and further benefits.
Proven experience in medical device sales is essential, ideally with a previous clinical background or strong clinical knowledge gained from product demonstration and close liaison with theatre (and other clinical) staff. Excellent commercial and communication skills are essential.
