Main Accountabilities:

What you will bring

The right person for this Marketing Manager role will have experienced working in a creative marketing team. They will be change catalysts and expert in planning and executing marketing campaigns that dramatically improve how we communicate with customers.

Your team will work as part of multidisciplinary and collaborative teams to deliver user modern marketing campaigns based on research and insight. You'll be adept at understanding and assessing customers' or intermediary's needs, behaviours and preferences and communicating in terms that reference these in the context of the proposition or product.

Understanding your customer's needs and bringing innovative campaigns to life that reference the insight gathered 
Encouraging and inspiring your team to become better marketers that produce great results
Work with propositions, financial promotions, agencies and data teams to plan and implement targeted campaigns focused on generating demand for propositions
Measuring the success/effectiveness of marketing campaigns through reporting and analytical tools
Campaign planning and business casing that shows the effectiveness and commerciality of the marketing plan using data to support the assumptions
Producing the collateral to execute the campaign including creative, written content, ads, video etc.
Delivering campaigns across all media channels and customer touch points such as digital, print, outdoor, etc
Running campaigns day-to-day and reporting KPIs
Managing resources in an efficient way including budgets
Advocating marketing as a discipline and promoting modern techniques
Imagining the new as well as rapidly evolving something that already exists
Presenting and sharing ideas expertly with people from all backgrounds
Finding ways to help Zurich hear and see our customer's stories and take action from them using tailored artefacts such as presentations, reports, visual maps, interactive channels, animations and videos
Ensuring that all campaigns are compliant with all relevant legislation, guidelines, policies and corporate governance

Your Skills and Experience:

You are likely to

Have worked as a marketer in another large corporate
Have worked in a modern marketing environment
Be able to cope with or drive change in a fast moving environment with varying workloads and pressures
Have excellent communication and influencing skills - written and verbal
Strong commercial acumen
Collaboration and facilitation skills - ability to bring the right people together
Ability to support culture change
Have a degree or higher qualifications in Marketing, Design or a related field with 5+ years of experience
