A leading UK bank in Edinburgh are looking for a HR Project Manager to join their team on an organisational design project.
Contract: 9 months
You will be;
- Managing HR project plans/timelines
- Initial OD scoping and definition. Ability to see the connections and challenges across a business
- Supporting business with preparation of change plans and associated headcount reductions
- Extensive experience of managing change with redundancies from OD phase, job sizing, union consultation, staff communications, selection
- Preparation of packs to support key decision making forums
