Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this fast paced, market leading business to recruit a talented and career focused Regional HR Manager. As a HR Manager you will be responsible for the management of two sites' HR activities, ensuring that they are aligned to the company culture, values and strategies. This role covers Enfield and Kent and will involve weekly travel to both - you will ensure that your sites achieve and maintain a competitive commercial advantage through their people and provide support to the development and delivery of the HR strategy. Responsibilities will include but, are not limited too; Develop, support and deliver employee engagement and change management programs. Support operational teams to embed the company culture. Give guidance and coaching to management teams to empower all managers to make effective people decisions. Provide advice on all aspects of Company policy, best practice, employee relations and employment law. Maintain and promote good employee and industrial relations and ensure employee relations issues are dealt with at an early stage. Support, coach and develop the site HR Advisors. Support capability development, retention and succession of on site management teams. Assist and provide guidance in grievance and disciplinary issues up to and including dismissal and appeal stage. Build strong relationships with trade union. Review HR Management Information and suggest areas of improvement. Developing and delivering internal training workshops for managers and employees. Support and lead various ad-hoc projects as dictated by the needs of the business unit e.g. TUPE, Restructures, etc Successful applicants MUST HAVE experienced gained in unionised environments - adept at influencing, challenging and improving union relations. You will be CIPD qualified (or possess experience to this level), with expert employment law knowledge, and an ability to develop HR Strategies. You will also be highly motivated and career focused, with experience gained within a similarly demanding, fast paced and customer centric businesses.
