My client a leading and truly international Consultancy has a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Reward Consultant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their Executive Compensation experience and work with a variety of clients on a number of exciting projects. Some of your duties will include: Partnering with consultants and clients to design strategies to attract, reward and retain talent Helping clients ensure that their reward programmes are competitive by performing competitive benchmarking analyses Performing industry and financial research related to compensation strategy and design Developing pay structures and incentive designs that help support companies' business strategies Participating in the design of custom compensation surveys The successful candidate will have proven Executive Compensation experience gained either in an In House or Consultancy environment.
