Training Coordinator Salary: £18,500-£25,000 Location: Harefield, Middlesex Role of the Department Providing a professional Training and Development service to The Clancy Group of companies which is a multi-faceted Construction Group with skills in Civil Engineering Contracting, Rail Infrastructure, Multi Utilities Service Provision and Building. Main Purpose of Role The Training Coordinator actively supports the operation of the business by providing an effective learning and development service with both project administration and account management responsibilities that include: End to end administration support for the entire learning and development offer within the business, from training needs identification to evaluation. Involvement in learning interventions that will strengthen organisation development programmes to support our IiP programme The Regional Training Coordinator helps to provide a service to the business that will support the improvement of individual and organisational performance through developing employee capability. Main Duties and Responsibilities Coordination of strategic training and development programmes. Support with the creation and delivery of annual training plans Processing of training requests in line with the department SLA’s Expiry reports coordination and reporting Ticket compliance monitoring and reporting, including skills gaps Programming and booking courses and development programmes Joining Instructions distribution and maintenance Maintaining company and individual training records and producing accurate and effective reports as required Ensure all training facilities / resources / materials / venues comply with the required standard Work closely with T&D/HR Colleagues and management to deliver a service in line with the needs and priorities of the business Responding and resolving client queries and consistently maintaining relationships Providing support with key strategic initiatives, including corporate induction, performance management and L&D development programmes Provide an advisory service to employees and Managers for training related queries Evaluating and analysing post training evaluation forms in order to maximise customer satisfaction Accountability The post holder will be responsible to the Training & Development Supervisor Essential Attributes Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours Demonstrate the 3 vital behaviours: Lead by example Listen to others Be polite & respectful Excellent interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships based on trust at all levels Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment Focuses on delivery with excellent time management skills Excellent organisational and planning skills Effective communicator Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to successfully manage workload in a stand-alone role Proven written, numerical, communication and verbal skills Accurate typing skills recognising need for attention to data Excellent administration skills and particular attention to detail/accuracy Ability to be able to multitask and prioritise effectively Professional Experience Previous experience of Learning and Development/Training in a coordinator role Ability to quickly learn the features and functionality of appropriate business systems Experience of corresponding and communicating with employees Proven experience at working within a constantly changing environment Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Desirable Attributes Experience of working within the construction industry SharePoint knowledge APPLY NOW for consideration directly by the hiring manager.
