You will receive in-depth industry specific training and advanced consultative sales techniques training that will allow you to sell to senior level decision makers of small, medium and large companies. The position is a blend of new business and account management allowing you to refine your hunting and relationship building sales skills within a B2B field sales role. This position comes with a clear career development path with promotions every 2 years. Experience Required: Minimum 1 years sales experience, ideally face to face and B2B. New business hunter and successful account manager. An outgoing personality and a tenacious work ethic. Ability to build rapport both naturally and quickly with new potential clients and existing. Must be presentable, polished and have high calibre communication skills. Motivated to surpass personal and work targets / goals and relish both the personal gratification and financial reward this brings. Effective at working independently and as part of a team. You must have a valid driving licence as this is a full field sales position. The Company They are a premium high value capital equipment manufacturer selling to companies that have warehousing, whether they are manufactures, importers, exporters, retailers or involved in the logistics supply chain. Equipment value ranges from £15k to £40k and deal sizes can range up to £100k’s. Therefore high calibre consultative Sales Executives are required to consultative sell their products to new and existing accounts within specific sales patches / areas. The Package A starting base salary of £25,000 with £300 guaranteed commission paid monthly for the first year only and an achievable uncapped OTE of £50,000 (from year 1) is on offer for the Sales Executive position. This package also includes a new company car, expenses, laptop, mobile, pension and private health care. Subject to performance you will receive a promotion every 2 years including a base salary rise. Current established top performers in the team are earning £70k per year.
