Support Manager - Scientific industry This role involves all aspects of administration and business development in the provision of support services to customers. Reporting to the Managing Director and with the responsibility for overseeing both internal administrative staff and field based engineers, it will focus on management of the provision of service and repair to an existing customer base and development of the support portfolio to existing and new users. Product specific training will be provided. The successful candidate will: Be involved in all areas of Support and customer care for existing customers Oversee renewal of existing contracts Provide a direct report for internal administrative staff Manage field based engineers, overseeing diary scheduling and all aspects of maintaining customer service Feed into the business development and marketing functions regarding the sale of services to existing and new customers Ensure high levels of customer care are maintained Produce weekly analysis of activity to report to Directors You will be an enthusiastic individual with a high level of self-motivation.
