Our client is a leading global employer, who are seeking to appoint a Regional HR Manager to join their team. Reporting to the VP of HR, this role will play an integral part in providing coaching and guidance on employment related matters including employee relations, performance management, staff development, legal compliance and other Human Resources topics across the business. As a commercially focussed HR professional, the role will work in partnership with stakeholders, facilitating and enabling the achievement of organisational goals through HR related activities. The Regional HR Manager will provide strategic HR support and leadership across a multi sited network, translating business plans in to the HR capabilities needed and identifying where HR can add value. Applicants will be educated to Degree level, with professional post graduate qualification and professional membership of the CIPD and a proven track record in working as an HR generalist. Experience of operating within a matrix managed business would be a distinct advantage With positive and proactive interpersonal skills, you will have demonstrable experience in engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders and the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
