Property Developer HR/Office Manager- London Location:- London, South West London Salary:- £35000 - £40000 per annum Our client, a high end property development company in South West London, is looking to recruit for an experienced HR executive/Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be have ideally 2 years plus working in a HR environment and be extremely organised to assist with office administration. The duties will include: Accurately produce, deliver and chase all employee contracts, inserts, offer letters and new starter information and all relevant new starter information passed on to relevant parties including payroll, car fleet, HR system provider Implement and manage CRB checks and chase references Meet all new starters to collect all payroll data, passport copies, answer initial questions and follow up with 3 month meetings after probation passed Upload and manage an HR calendar e.g: 3 month review prompts, quarterly performance assessments Ensure accurate, up to date and timely information is given to payroll on starters, leavers and employee changes Manage HR files and all HR filing Update MCSP on relevant employee information e.g. leavers Updating policies and procedures Overseeing Health and Safety procedures The ideal candidate: Professional HR qualification is desirable Good knowledge of Work and Excel, knowledge of Powerpoint Excellent planning and organising skills, good communication skills - both written and oral.
