Experienced IT Support/Installation Engineer Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 depending on experience company van travel allowance Contract: Full time, Permanent Hours of work : 08:45 - 17:00 Monday to Friday with 45 minutes lunch break NOTE: When field based some extended travelling times and overnight stays may be required Computime Systems UK Limited is an established business based in Leeds 16, West Yorkshire. The company specialises in the supply and installation of time and attendance and access control systems including software and data collection terminals. Our solutions are offered to diverse arrays of industries, including Education, Manufacturing, Retail and Construction. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced technician with strong IT background to join our team on a full time basis. The position will suit an established IT professional looking for a new challenge and a change of career, with a lot of scope of advancement within the company. The role is office and field based . When in office you will be expected to provide technical support to our clients, answer queries relating to the operational usage of our software and fault find any IT issues that might affect the stability of our system. When out of office, you will be working at client sites assisting in the installation of our bespoke time & attendance and access control software and data collection terminals. The ideal candidate: Must have strong skills in using and managing Microsoft Windows operating system. Good knowledge of using and managing Microsoft SQL server databases. Good working knowledge of routing and network administration. Will have good practical and DIY skills Excellent cabling experience to the highest standard Good communication skills and a proactive customer focused approach are also essential for this role. Help desk support experience Must have a valid full UK driving license, and be willing to travel nationwide. Full training on our range of systems will be provided.
