We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and knowledgeable Sous Chef to join our client's team based at this site in London. Working in a small kitchen, you as the Sous Chef, will be managing the kitchen with the assistance of a KP and a Front of House Assistant. You will report directly to the General Manager. You will be able to produce good food using seasonal and fresh ingredients. You will ideally have some financial knowledge as well as experience in ordering and stock take. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to progress their career and develop their skills. As a candidate, you will - be at Sous Chef level with a strong background to date - be able to run and manage kitchen - be a good team player with strong communication skills - be up to date with food styles and able to produce high quality food using fresh ingredients - ideally have some financial knowledge - be friendly, flexible and willing Working Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, this is a great opportunity for the right person.
