Whitehill Pelham are recruiting an HR Professional to work on a project for up to 3 months. Assisting with the rollout of a new payroll system/Time & Attendance-facial recognition, for a medium sized multisite service sector business. You will have extensive experience of working with Excel spreadsheets and will be expected to set up spreadsheets to run in accordance with reports that each site GM will run with the system. Previous experience of working with personnel files, auditing and payroll systems are also essential. The successful candidate will be sent to North West London and Milton Keynes in the first instance to check the systems are working thoroughly (so mobility is essential along with a full driving licence) before rolling out to all other sites.
