Our client, a world leading global company, is urgently looking for an IT Support Manager working in Central London. This is an ongoing 6 months contract position, which is to be renewed or becomes permanent on a long term basis. Requirements: Have 1st to 3rd line IT Support or Relevant Experience (1) Strong customer-facing IT support experience and delivering a great customer experience (2) Strong IT trouble-shooting, problem diagnosis and fault resolution skills Must have hands on knowledge or experience of products including, (1) Microsoft Windows XP through to 7 Professional (2) Microsoft Office 2003 – 2010 (3) Microsoft Server 2003 – 2008 Installation and Maintenance (4) Microsoft Active Directory (5) Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 – 2010 (6) Microsoft Power Shell Prefer to have the below knowledge & skills a) Networking protocol(DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) knowledge and maintenance skills b) MAC technical support and maintenance skills · Excellent written and verbal English. Korean language communication skills preferred · Must be able to offer excellent communications professionalism and customer interaction skills · Strong planning and organisation skills · Have any Microsoft Qualifications, or IT related degree qualifications Must be eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship requirements.
