Our Quality Assurance team are core to the success of our fast-moving, dynamic business and we are looking for an experienced QA Officer to help drive growth. Reporting to the QA Manager the QA Officer will conduct call evaluations on current employees in sales and customer service on a daily basis. A great opportunity for someone bright and ambitious to take on the next challenge in their career In this role you will: Conduct the required amount of call evaluations as per the Quality Assurance Managers instructions Ensure all complaints and breach issues are communicated to management when detected Deliver high quality service at all times Meet any required targets and contribute to business and team targets Maintain a sound understanding of associated systems, processes and procedures Promote effective communication within your team, sales agents and managers Initiate initiatives around improving areas of weakness across the floor in relation to phone performance Help to ensure consistency in communicating feedback to the sales agents The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Financial Services company as well as : Proven capability to interact over the telephone in a clear and professional manner Intermediate computer skills Experience within a quality controlled working environment (i.e. verbal scripting and procedures) Previous Quality Assurance experience is an advantage (however not essential) A back ground in a sales or sales related environment or customer service role Previous experience in a Financial Services Company A high level of understanding around Financial service products Knowledge and understanding of FCA guidelines The NFS difference: A values driven business with great products, people and culture Fresh approach to new and innovative ideas Competitive salary Close team interaction and lots of fun - great vibe The successful candidate for this role will have an ambitious and entrepreneurial drive to succeed.
