Business Development Manager / Field Sales Executive Profile Yolk Sales Recruitment specialise in recruiting for a wide range of business-critical sales positions. The Client Our client is a service provider on a global scale, hitting the South Wales marketplace with a splash and a new modern office. Expansion plans and promotion opportunities aplenty, they are looking for sales orientated and experienced senior professionals to join their operation. Responsibilities Your existing knowledge and experience of selling solutions will enable you to maximise your revenue generation during sales meetings with target clients You will target organisations from sole-traders and SMEs to bluechips, establishing their needs and requirements You will identify and canvass on target businesses with a view to gaining a name or contact and a potential meeting to discuss requirements On a daily basis you will research and plan your calls and meetings before following a business development plan to ensure you maximise every possible opportunity You will talk to the telemarketing sales team regularly, swapping leads, ideas and working as a team Selling in a consultative fashion, you will achieve revenue expectations and Gross Profit targets on a regular basis Experience Required A proven track record as a Business Development Manager A strong background in achieving targets and KPI's Experience of negotiating contracts and closing clients is imperative Resilience and tenacity are prerequisites as the competition will be fierce A people person, you will possess the ability to instantaneously build rapport Rewards A competitive basic starting salary of up to £32,000 OTE £45,000 (negotiable upon experience) Car, phone, laptop and expenses Excellent bonus scheme that rewards high achievers How to Apply If you believe that you have the skills and experience for the role - then please get in touch.
