An opportunity has arisen for a Reward professional to join a growing team in an established organisation. Reporting to the Reward Manager, this role will assist with the development and implementation of reward programmes across the European operations. Responsibilities will include leading the annual salary review, acting as the central point of contact for the business on reward matters, participating in compensation and benefits surveys and making recommendations on pay for performance programmes. You will also support the activities of the remuneration committee and have lead responsibility for the development and analysis of compensation data. The successful candidate will be degree qualified and have proven, relevant experience, preferably from within a regulated financial services environment.
