So if you're interested in working for a company that sees our people as our biggest asset then TNT could be for you This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within the Central Customs Bureau (CCB) Working hours: Sunday to Thursday 13:00 to 21:30 You will be required to provide a cost effective and efficient HMRC compliant Clearance/VAT & Duty service to all customers. As part of queries resolution team within the CCB you will be responsible for identify, recording and resolving any issues that arise in line with TNT's policies and the customer satisfaction. Part of your role will be to look at root cause analysis, make suggestions and and implement a corrective actions. To be successful, you will be passionate about delivering an Industry leading service time after time. You will have a continuous Improvement approach whilst being organised and driven, thriving in a high volume environment . Your strengths will include the ability to analyse and make decisions within challenging timescales. You will be PC literate, possess excellent telephone skills, be a great communicator and ideally have industry relevant experience.
