Our client are a leading manufacturer and supplier of Cabling and Connector solutions worldwide for a variety of diverse industry sectors. A dynamic and fast growing business they have experienced outstanding success and growth over the last 20 years. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager with the primary objective of continuing to grow revenue via existing customers and new accounts. Key responsibilities will include: Manage assigned accounts to achieve or surpass assigned revenue budgets. Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts who will influence design opportunities and revenue growth. Continuous development of technical product skills to effectively promote a wide range of products. Ensure customer satisfaction as it pertains to supply chain management and other value added services. Promote products as needed through the effective use of customer meetings, seminars, and web-ex meetings. Monitor and maintain, through consistent customer dialogue, that all price, delivery, and quality requirements are met in a timely and satisfactory manner. Previous Experience Requirements: Account management experience in a related high-tech company Complete and thorough understanding of MS Office A sound understanding of the electronics industry Understanding of CRM/salesforce or similar software A self-motivated individual who can successfully manage and prioritize own workload with minimal direct supervision Full clean driving license Desirable Experience: Danish / Swedish Speaking Candidate Established relationships with existing accounts Extensive background in cable assembly or connector sales in targeted territory or account base Candidates should have a proven track record in sales and have the ability to understand customer needs and effectively sell solutions to the customer.
