HR Generalist EMEA London Permanent, Full-time Start Date: ASAP As a member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the EMEA HR Director in all operational aspects of the organization, dealing with a group of 150 employees across Europe. This is a hands-on administrative and operational HR role with great potential for the right candidate. This position requires relationship building and partnering with the senior management team, and the ability to pro actively support the building of HR functions and processes in line with overall company strategy. You will be part of a global HR team and you will be reporting the the local HR Director. Responsibilities: You will assist and support all areas of HR for the EMEA office, including: All general HR related administration Implementation of all policies and procedures Implementing and maintaining HR systems Issuing all New Hire Contracts All Reporting Face to Face Interviews Skills and Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in HR Generalist role in a technology company Experience in a high growth technology startup - advantage Previous experience in dealing with Sales, Pre-Sales and/or Engineers preferred Previous experience in recruitment, including face to face interviews is a must Previous experience in Talent Management, Employee Relations and Training is a significant advantage High energy individual, outgoing and empathetic with excellent people skills Highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with strong organisational skills Hardworking and flexible with the ability to work under pressure A confident self starter who takes ownership of their responsibilities Actively looks our for opportunities to grow the company even faster Excellent communication skills, verbal and written High Fluency in English This job was originally posted as
