Excellent newly created Senior HR Advisor roles working for global market leading business I am keen to speak with HR Advisor/Junior Business Partners who are looking for a new role in the Essex market place. My client, a global market leader within financial services have recently gone through a restructure and have created some exciting new roles as Senior HR Advisors. The roles will involve supporting a specific client group based in multiple sites across the UK so some travel will be required on a monthly or weekly basis. Ideal candidates will have strong communication/coaching skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and be involved in all generalist activity. Support the business by developing effective working relationships through the provision of timely advice and guidance Provide expert HR advice to deliver the best outcome by influencing and challenging managers Provide coaching and mentoring to managers to improve management capability and enable them to self-serve Work in partnership with the Senior HR Business Partner(s) for a business area to deliver strategic business objectives Lead on change management initiatives, organisational / departmental re-structures / job role design / outsourcing / TUPE transfers / redundancy situations, clarify accountabilities and empower delivery of great customer service Provide telephone and face-to-face advice to managers on all employee relations matters to manage risk effectively including, but not limited, to disciplinary and grievance, absence etc. Support the business area with the development of their people, providing advice, guidance and ad-hoc training on personal development plans; work with the business area to establish and introduce systems that identify employees with high potential, developing career paths in consideration of key roles for succession planning and self-development Mentor, train and develop HR Advisors and HR Administrators to ensure consistent, quality service to customers Contribute to the planning and delivery of HR services in a customer-focused way to promote continuous improvement within HR Preparation and analysis of regular and ad hoc management information reports, to support continuous improvement in the management and monitoring of sickness absence, performance, retention and talent management etc. Deliver projects on behalf of the HR Operations team and the business area Take personal responsibility for the identification of your own learning and development opportunities and reflect on training needs for discussion with the HR Operations Manager To keep up-to-date with developments in employment legislation and human resources best practice; participating in knowledge sharing within the team to ensure continuous development and improvement Hays EA is a trading division of Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited and acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
