Key role responsibilities Managing a small team of onsite Deskside Support Engineers Customer Face to Face deskside support Remote deskside support Ticket management Remote deskside support Laptop\desktop builds and hardware support Software deployment and local Manual installations Testing of new systems Why would I be interested in this job? Previous Team Lead experience (essential) Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems Corporate windows environment (Min 2 year) Proven Hardware, Software, Break Fix and Encryption experience.
