You will also be responsible for optimising the involvement of parents / careers and external agencies to drive rapid student progress and personal development and support aspirational career progression. You will need to possess good interpersonal skills, be enthusiastic, flexible and motivated about working with young people and have experience of working both independently and as part of a team. You will carry out some administrative duties based around the use of Microsoft Office.
