HR Manager – Technology Development - Cambridgeshire A unique technology company, in Cambridgeshire, is currently in need of someone to help lead create, implement and lead the HR processes of the company. The company are really unique in its set-up as they have a number of technology teams who include engineers and scientists work together to create new life changing and improving technologies. Ideally you will have already worked within a midsized to large R&D or engineering company and know how to deal with very intelligent and highly skilled engineers and scientists. CIPD qualifications will be beneficial but ideally you will also hold a degree in a challenging subject. Ideally your knowledge of CIPD it will be used to decide which processes to use and you will have examples of time you have worked on truly unique situations when your CIPD knowledge and industry experience have worked hand in hand. You will work closely with rest of the HR & technical departments in helping market the company to recruit leaders in the R&D sectors. The people you will work with have specific knowledge that you will learn from, so it important that you come into this role with an open mind and take on as much knowledge as possible while also offering your own approach. We are not looking for someone to come in and ordering people to do things differently but someone who has prior examples of influencing people to think the same way as the company or change their approach. This is a truly unique role that will challenge anyone, due to this we are open to people with a few years experience, looking to develop their career into a more senior role, through to very experienced people. As long as you have a proven track record of bright, quick thinking on projects we will be interested in seeing your details.
