Experience Required You will be driven, motivated, organised, well presented and have good communications skills. Minimum of 2 years work history within a sales role, ideally field sales either generating new business or growing existing accounts. You must be a good team worker and enjoy building relationships. Competence with IT is essential e.g. spreadsheets / CRM systems. The Company They are a brand name second to none within their industry. The Package First year take home including salary and guaranteed commission is £30k with an achievable uncapped OTE of £50,000 is on offer for the Field Sales Executive selling High Value Technology solutions and equipment. This is dependent on your required level of experience and resent sales performance. Due to first year training, product knowledge and sales cycles both base salary and OTE go up consistently after the first year and you will have the opportunity for next level promotion every 2 years dependent on your performance. There are current / established members of the team earning well in excess of £70k OTE. This package also includes a new company car, expenses, laptop, mobile, pension, child care vouchers, health club membership, private health care and 25 days holiday rising to 30 days.
