The Organisation A large multi award winning social housing provider with properties right across London and the Home Counties. The Role The housing provider are looking for a property coordinator / maintenance administrator to join their busy repairs team based in Hertfordshire. The post is being offered on a temp to perm basis for the right candidate and will involve: Liaising with tenants, colleagues and contractors to arrange repairs and ensure they have been completed to a satisfactory level by calling the tenants afterwards. Handling any initial complaints over the telephone and by email / letter, resolving them efficiently and professionally. Working with the M&E teams to help to ensure compliance across gas servicing, lift servicing, asbestos and fire risk surveys by managing incoming information and forward booking appointments and inspections with internal staff and contractors. The Person You will need to have previously worked as a repairs coordinator / administrator for a residential social landlord or a contractor that has managed this service for them. You'll need to be articulate and able to work in a fast paced but fun environment in conjunction with a great team. You'll need to have good IT skills and be able to pick up internal data management systems quickly. In Summary A fantastic organisation offering a good place to further your career in social housing.
