My client, a pioneering organisation that delivers a range of services and award winning programmes are currently looking for a candidate with experience within a sales /customer service role that will provide day to day operational support in the development and delivery of company products and services offered to businesses. Also the ideal candidate will be a key initial point of contact with existing and potential businesses looking to buy our services. This is a great opportunity to work with a Company that is currently known for its award winning programmes. Key requirements: · To oversee the initial point of contact with all new businesses looking to purchase company products and services, providing the first level of information about our offer and ensuring all relevant contact details are captured · To provide an initial point of contact for business customers looking to purchase other company related products and services, providing a first level of information about our offer and ensuring contact details are up to date · To support the Recruitment Services Manager with information to potential Employment Agency clients liaising on the telephone and through email, and sending out information accordingly · To support the CEO Office and Central Services Manager to develop marketing/promotion materials both online and hard copy materials · To support the development of content for company Disability Confident and Corporate offers to business to include training materials, both online and in hard copy · To be involved in the delivery of company Disability Confident and Corporate offers alongside other externally commissioned providers · To co-ordinate the ongoing collation and analysis of customer feedback producing reports as required · To contribute to wider market analysis reviewing competitor products and services to inform company growth strategy · To co-ordinate day to day liaison with outsourced providers ensuring internal activities dovetail with externally commissioned work to ensure quality of service · To maintain accurate records including feedback and all transactions for audit purposes · This list is not exhaustive and from time to time you may be required to undertake additional duties. Person Specification: · Excellent written and oral communication skills · Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders · Ability to record complex information and maintain up to date records · Experience of delivering training to a range of different audiences · Ability to work under pressure to meet competing deadlines · Experience of selling products/services to customers · A good understanding and track record of marketing products/services to customers This job was originally posted as
