Content Sales Manager London £45-50k bonus We are looking for a Content Sales Manager in London to join the market leader within the online & mobile gambling industry. The hired Content Sales Manager you will be in full control of all upcoming casino content having in-depth knowledge and foresight with regard to the profile and features of the games and the types of consumer that the games are best suited to and therefore would need to have knowledge and understanding of all types of casino games (table games, slot machines, etc.) and or be able to learn on the job quickly. The role of Content Sales Manager is to maximise the relationship between the internal casino team and my clients top tier licensees, helping to give greater exposure for the upcoming roadmap of content and work collaboratively with the licensees to ensure the new game launches have the greatest potential to succeed. The Ideal Candidate: A proven Account Manager within the Gaming background Experience working with Business Intelligence systems, data analysis and reporting A good understanding of licensees The Main Job Duties: Immersing themselves in the upcoming content from all studios from inception through to delivery to have a complete understanding of the games and their schedules and to be able to represent them appropriately to licensees Analysing the current portfolios of top tier licensees Developing a full understanding of the platform tools available exclusively to content and devising strategies Reviewing and providing feedback on the complimentary marketing sheets accompanying each new game launch Working with the Commercial Teams to negotiate exclusive title launches with the top tier licensees Presenting the upcoming roadmap to top tier licensees and ensuring that the true message of the games is understood and that the value of these games over existing content is made clear Working with the content teams to understand the story behind the games, mapping out the resulting profiles and determining how that marries up with the consumers Working with the Business Intelligence team and BI tools to analyse the impact of the new game releases Analysing the distribution of content to licensees worldwide Identifying further opportunities for revenue growth in casino through better delivery of content in a collaborative partnership format Monitoring new competitor product launches and working with the internal and external teams to maximise the chances of our own content's success based on both trends and gaps in the market Providing 360-degree feedback to the casino teams Testing and analysing upcoming game releases and providing critique on design, mathematics, UX/UI and overall mechanics Monitoring games when they go live with major licensees and testing these games in the live environment to ensure that the final product after going through deployment and integration processes is still completely representative of what was signed off by the content units Experience: Evidence of strong written and verbal communication skills Working in a senior customer facing role where you have lead presentations, discussions and negotiations Preferable experience and knowledge of gambling games from which you can give informed opinions and also be able to pick up and understand new games with relative ease to be able to educate others about them Preferable experience within a gaming content development studio Proven ability to be able to understand and translate between the language used by the casino Experience working with Business Intelligence systems, data analysis and reporting Ability to work with a number of different cultures who are operating out of a number of different locations around the world We regret that due to current volumes, we are unable to acknowledge every application.
