Our client is a very successful and growing logistics software company. They specialise in providing WMS software solutions to mid size, own account operators and 3PLs. Continued growth sees an immediate requirement for practical/hands-on people who want to learn in a very hands on environment. They require a Support Consultant who can identify and develop new opportunities and working practices. You will provide telephone and email support for customers and partners on a number of business applications and add-on products supported by the company. Responding quickly to inbound support requests within defined response time targets. Candidates will deliver office-based consultancy for end customers including report writing and data migration. This position require client focused individuals who are able to communicate with people on all levels, depending on technical ability candidates will deliver classroom training to end users and visit customers on-site. A fantastic opportunity for an individual who has experience or a degree which incorporates Logistics and Warehouse management modules, who is looking to develop their career in a more technical direction, within an organisation that invests time in training and developing their staff. This opportunity calls for analytical and organised candidates who have experience dealing with customers face to face and via phone. You must be IT literate and have good skills with the various Microsoft Office packages, Accellos and WMS systems is desirable.
