HRIS Analyst - Human Resources Information System (Saas / Oracle) Queenborough, Kent £Competitive Salary The role of HRIS Analyst is to provide support to both the HR and IT teams in the implementation and ongoing support of the Global Oracle HR Fusion system. This is a varied role and you will be responsible for the HRIS system across the business which spans nine sites across Europe, therefore occasional travel to their European locations may be required. First and foremost, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and reliability of the Oracle system. Working with HR across all locations, you will analyse and understand user requirements, turning these into a configured solutions. This role will offer you the chance to develop the skills required so you can perform basic configuration and support of the Oracle system. Managing the Oracle support process (to include monthly patching, defect resolution and regular upgrades), you will advise the HR teams on new features, enhancements and how they can be adopted as well as training users on system usage. You will need to have an understanding of SaaS products (ideally Oracle) along with experience of supporting HR and / or IT projects. They will consider an HRIS analyst seeking a change or a graduate (Computer Sciences, Human Resources or similar) with a technical and / or HR background who is looking to develop their career in HR / IT project management.
