HR Systems Consultant wanted for a 12 month FTC to drive testing and systems adaptations for an EMEA reach. Your new company A renowned insurance firm in the city of London, having undergone large scale acquisitions in the recent years, seeks a systems specialist to join their HR team to deliver first line support and drive the systems testing and tailoring but the EMEA population on a 12 month FTC. Your new role This specialist will act as a systems super user for the EMEA region. Resolving 1st line queries, developing test scripts and conducting UAT. They will design and communicate new processes and deliver the end user training for these systems once piloted. This role will involve regular complex reporting of MI and will also contribute to designing reporting liens in new systems. Recognising and discussing business needs and the need for systems adaptations to fulfil these requirements. As the specialist the successor of this role will also provide functional/technical support to projects Capture EEA requirements and highlight issues on an ad hoc basis. What you'll need to succeed The candidate will have worked with the PeopleSoft HR system version 9.1 for at least 5 years and have detailed functional knowledge of the system. They will have been a super user or system administrator managing data corrections, query development and end user training. They will have experience in MI development in an HR environment in particular around headcount reporting.
