Role: Human Resources Manager Salary: £35 / 40k plus benefits Job Status: Permanent / Full Time Location: Stratford, London Vacancy Reference: VR/02813 (Please quote this reference when making an application) Role Description: You will be responsible for the guidance and delivery of the HR plan, and for implementing a robust fit for purpose HR framework that meets current and future business and operational needs. Main duties and responsibilities will include providing front line direction, advice and support to management on correct HR processes, development and improvement of HR policies and practices, management of complex case work and a proactive input in developing the management teams knowledge and skills with regards to key HR practice issues. As a generalist HR Manager the role will encompass:- · Provide leadership and training for the HR team · Workforce Planning · Reward & Remuneration · Recruitment · Employee Relations · HR support both strategic and operational. · Performance management · Provide employment law and HR Policy advice to all management including HR representation in disciplinary, grievance, harassment and other employee relations matters. The HR Manager will: · Ideally educated to degree level combined with CIPD Qualification · Have a strong background in employment law including dealing with tribunals as well as TUPE management of public and private employees, Recruitment and HR policy. · Have excellent personal, written and oral presentation skills with ability to influence at all levels, be willing to work in different locations on a regular basis and where required attend HR meetings around the London area · Have a proven HR manager level background, ideally within a medium to large business, with a strong demonstrable commitment in their current role to best practice HR, People Development and Training. · Be entrepreneurial with excellent communication and organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail with a can do attitude. Possess an in-depth knowledge of HR operations and practices, proven experience of policy development and implementation and a demonstrable understanding of HR compliance and legislation.
