Pet Insurance – Claims Administrator – Veterinary Experience Borehamwood - Hertfordshire £negotiable depending on experience Temp to Perm We are currently recruiting a Claims Administrator to join a team of advisors in the Pet Insurance Claims department of a large Insurance company based in South Hertfordshire. They are currently expanding their department and are looking for strong candidate with previous veterinary experience to join their department within this busy and exciting period. The role will involve: Assessing technical pet claims Being the technical point of contact for all departments regarding veterinary claims Underwriting of new pet policy application, Liaising with veterinary surgeries Updating customer records Dealing with telephone enquires General administration within the department.
