A national provider of student accommodation in currently seeking a Residence Manager to support their residences in Nottingham. The purpose of the role is to manage hospitality and domestic services across the estate, including delivery of soft services, ensuring adherence to the stipulated Service Level Agreement, and to provide a comprehensive, effective and efficient service for the customer, in line with Company objectives, whilst maintaining a highly customer orientated ethos amongst all staff towards all internal and external customers. Your main areas of responsibility will include: Housekeeping Management Hospitality Management Performance Monitoring and Customer Satisfaction Staff Management Customer and Colleague Liaison Health and Safety Administration To be successful in this role you will be well versed in all areas of residential management or come from a hospitality background, with the ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of general management techniques, supported by previous experience of managing service delivery operations, staff and budgets in a large and complex organisation. In return you will receive a basic salary of upto £26,000 p.a along with a contributory pension, life assurance, upto 26 days annual leave plus more.
