Shipping Office Assistant Global Manufacturer To issue the transport documents for all outgoing goods from the Plant in compliance with the Group's procedures. . MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Issues the transport documents and relative travel documents for all outgoing goods from the Plant • Files all documents handled • Interfaces with the company departments if issues are noted on the sales order of goods that are to be delivered • Creates the loading list, when possible • Weighs incoming and outgoing trucks, when possible • Verifies compliance between the weight of the shipped product and the value recorded on the system • Reports any issues noted to the Manager • Promotes a safety-related corporate culture • Applies the Corporate Principles and Values SAP experience would be ideal. Strong Admin skills. You must have a flexible approach and be adaptable to multi site working. A background in Warehouse or logistics or Transport would be ideal Travel to work from Loughborough or Leicester This job was originally posted as
