If so, we have a fantastic opportunity in Bradford for you to take on the role of a Service Manager within a supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, pyhsical disabilities and Mental Health. The Role In this role, you will provide leadership and management across the group of allocated supports ensuring a proactive, positive and friendly approach with fresh new ideas. You will ensure that each person you serve has a thorough and up to date needs assessment, support and risk management plans and forecasted SMART outcomes which are reviewed on a quarterly basis. You will meet with the teams regularly to lead and manage performance, focusing on consistent practice standards and their impact on achieving outcomes for everyone you serve. The hours worked will be Monday - Friday 9AM while 5PM with the option of flexible working. You will also be expected to travel between the services you manage and be responsible of managing and organising your own diary, therefore a drivers licence with access to your own vehicle is essential to apply for this job. The Person To apply for this role, you must have experience of leading a team at a senior level within a social care environment, preferably in learning disabilities and experience working in Supported Living. You must also have experience in completing needs assessment/support and risk planning. You will also have experience of managing teams and will be expected to evidence how you have achieved outcomes for the people you have supported.
