Pincroft Dying and Printing are currently seeking experienced and reliable Electrical and Mechanical engineer's to carry out essential maintenance repair on production machinery and complete general installation work within the modern textile facility. The ideal candidate's must be a experienced engineers, have maintenance experience and be able to work effectively in a high pressured environment. The successful candidates will have maintenance experience in a highly automated environment. Previous experience working within a textile production environment is advantageous Electrical Engineer -main duties & responsibilities include: ·Essential planned maintenance and necessary repairs to keep the factory in good working order. Provide electrical maintenance cover through effective and efficient response to plant breakdowns throughout the factory. ·Installation work and general factory maintenance, lighting, power distribution etc. ·Taking a leading role in on-going process improvement throughout the factory developing new ideas and better solutions. ·Provide good communication skills to colleagues & production personnel to develop an understanding of the machinery operation so faults can be diagnosed & rectified efficiently. Experience and Qualifications Required: ·Qualified to ONC/HNC or equivalent / Recognised Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship and Qualification. ·Experience of fault finding upon PLC's and Inverter drives with the ability to programme would be an advantage but not essential ·Experience of working within heavy engineering environments would be desirable; textiles, chemical, paper, etc. Mechanical Engineers main duties & responsibilities include: Must be time served or have equivalent engineering qualifications (ONC, HNC etc.) Several years post qualification maintenance experience gained within a production environment Working knowledge of pneumatic & hydraulic systems. E xperience with drives, gears, couplings and electric motors Machine shop skills turning, milling and grinding essential Pump valve and seal maintenance and repair experience Pipework fitting of steam, water and gas Welding and fabricating We operate a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. Dependant upon the role for which you apply this will be either nights or nights and days rotating, therefore a flexible approach to working days and hours is essential.
