Recruitment HR Manager Recruitment HR Manager needed for fast growing, industry award winning IT consultancy with offices in London France. Role will be based at their central London offices. The Role As Recruitment & HR Manager, you will be part of the Management Team reporting to the directors and be responsible for hiring, managing HR issues, ensuring they meet ISO27001 & ISO9001 standards plus some minor ad-hoc office management. You will take full ownership of HR processes and play a critical role in taking the business to the next level. Ensuring legal compliance, you will manage recruiters and provide HR, health and safety legal support. You will manage an external ISO:27001 & ISO:9001 agency follow their guidance in ensuring the retention of the ISO:27001 & ISO:9001 accreditation statuses. You will be the main point of contact for all employee-related issues you will implement effective training and methods for developing skills within the business. Additionally, you’ll develop and mai ntain high quality recruitment and retention strategies. Additional responsibilities will include: ensuring regular ISO audits, Health & Safety Fire Safety checks of the premises to ensure compliance. The Person Ideal candidate for this role will come from the following background: · Human Resources qualifications and Management experience (at least 3 years) · Proven record in hiring good quality candidates and managing recruitment agencies · Demonstrable knowledge of employment law and ability to work with external legal advisors · High degree of confidentiality · Strong writing and communication skills · High attention to detail · Good organisation skills, capacity to work independently and take initiative, ability to delegate · Ability to learn, adapt and work in a fast-paced environment, managing time and balancing multiple projects · Ability to meet targets and deadlines under pressure · You will communicate in English with bilingual colleagues.
