Growth Hacker/ Head of Growth Central London £ NEG/ Market Rate Job Description: We are on the hunt for a talented Growth Hacker. The perfect candidate has the mindset of a lab scientist. You are not afraid to experiment and fail, you learn fast and adapt quickly. Digital marketing is your first name and you have experience across multiple channels, including email, social media, SEO and paid. Analytics is your middle name and you have had exposure to relevant tools (Google Analytics, Kissmetrics or similar). You welcome the challenge of 'earning your budget' by first generating and evaluating ideas with very little cost or resources. You are focused on results, a self-starter who has succeeded in multiplying customer bases and revenue streams alike and are now looking to take your career to the next level by joining a dynamic startup environment. Responsibilities: - Lead the optimisation of our customer lifecycle funnel and establish product/market fit - Leverage the best digital marketing tools and data analysis to accelerate user and revenue growth - Analyse user behaviour across our websites to drive improvements in marketing and product design - Design and conduct marketing experiments, including A/B testing to feed into acquisition, conversion and retention strategy - Think of creative ways and clever engagement tactics to reach new audiences - Deliver targeted campaigns in support of both our B2B and B2C channels - Establish regular reporting in relation to all the above and engage stakeholders across the business to achieve desired outcomes - Contribute to the evolution and establishment of the business Skills & Requirements: - 3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or product management in a high growth environment, ideally in a tech startup - Extensive knowledge of CRM and analytics tools (and eagerness to constantly research new ones) - Exceptional analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills - Strong modelling and database querying skills - Excellent communication skills, including high quality writing - Comfortable leading in a rapidly changing environment and exercising influence at all levels - This job was originally posted as
