We currently have the following Vacancy: HR Manager Full Time Up to £40k per annum We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to head up our HR function. This is a Generalist position and will play a key role within the Hospital with a focus on areas such as policy and procedure, training and development, employee engagement, succession planning, compensation and benefits, etc. as well as providing expert advice to line managers across the full remit of HR activities. The successful candidate will have: Previously worked in a generalist role within the private sector Experience of managing and supporting recruitment processes and supporting Managers with sound employee relations advice Excellent communication and influencing skills Will truly understand the impact of HR advice and support on a business Ideally hold a professional HR qualification (MCIPD) Have a good level of IT literacy (Microsoft office packages) You may have experience in the following roles: HR Manager, HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor.
